Al-Balad (The City) 90:4

لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنسَانَ فِي كَبَدٍ
Indeed we have created man (to live) in hard struggle, pain, toil (work extremely hard or incessantly, exhausting physical labor) and trial. [Incessantly means without interruption; constantly].
Ash-Sharh (The Opening Forth) 94:5-6
    فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا   إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْر
So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief: (5) Verily with every difficulty there is relief. (6)

Transformation is a process, and as life happens there are tons of ups and downs. It's a journey of discovery - there are moments on mountaintops and moments in deep valleys of despair.
We need to realize that our path to transformation is through our mistakes. We're meant to make mistakes, recognize them, and move on to become unlimited.

Transformation in the world happens when people are healed and start investing in other people.
You can't have a physical transformation until you have a spiritual transformation.
The great solution to all human problems is individual inner transformation.
The purpose of meditation is personal transformation.
Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.
It makes one a better person to have had hardships and to have overcome hardships and not to blame anybody else for your mistakes.
There are hurdles, there are handicaps, hardships you have to face in life, but you hope for a great future.

Even during the worst hardships, when the other things in our lives seem to fall apart, we can still find peace in the eternal love of God.

Time of Devastation is the Real Time of Transformation
